Kota Kinabalu ,Sabah!!

This is my second trip to Kota Kinabalu , Sabah. First and second trip is all for my work, so i have to temporary stay and work here. The First time i came, i didn't have much fun at here cause i only stay for a week. Which i also wanted to go to Island for that time and it is the end of year, the wave was quite high so we decided not to go at that time. Instead we go to Mount Kinabalu for some sight seeing, unluckily we end up cannot enter to the foot of the mountain cause they are having an international climbing competition at there when i arrive there. The fastest time of them to climb up and run down is in 3 hour 45 minute++ and it is a world record. Ok, let's go to the main point of this post. hehe....

I won't be afraid to miss out any masses cause if i miss one, i can go to another church. hehe...



For those whose love shopping, u can go to One Borneo or Center Point and Warisan Square which is this three place is nice to shop. The rest is ok only. I spend alot in this three week which not my usual spending amount and it is near to new year already. So i bought all my new year clothes at here and some new year item for family.

I went Gaya street which is similar to our Kuching's sunday market to buy some new year item.

I recommend Wan Wan cafe for fish head bee hoon, it is the most famous cafe for fish head bee hoon. It is located at Jalan Bundunsan near Beverly Hill apartment. This is the place which got one Hong Kong drama take place which i forgot about the name of that drama d. For the city area, i recommend going to 富源. They have lots of different food to choose at the buffet area, u can also order at the counter too.

Kampung Nelayan The floating restaurant

Dinner at the floating restaurant is most interesting experience i have at here, Kampung Nelayan the floating restaurant. On that day, my friend book a place at there or else we can't go there dinner cause it is so full. They serve steamboat type of dinner or order type dinner too. I saw many korean ppl during my dinner at there. I eat till so full on that day.

There is two place to view sunset at KK which is Tanjung Aru first beach and second beach. The name is of those place is quite funny but the view is very nice and beautiful. You can see that in my photo album in facebook. ^^


Dude... For those who like clubbing. Here got lots of club to club in but i didn't go to any of it cause i don't like clubbing at all. ;P
Great night life at KK. I recommend The B.E.D cause of the warehouse-style concept, BED caters to large crowds. Live band preforming during weekend. A private room, aptly named the Bedroom, is available for those who prefer a more relaxed ambience. Live bands nightly, alternating with an in-house DJ. Open from 7 pm to 1 am on weekdays and till 2 am on weekends.


What i dislike about KK ?
1. Too many roundabout
2. Too many Philippians
3. Many pick pocket around the area where many Philippians is around
4. Many car put out white or black smoke

This is all i wan to share with you all. I also don't know what to say anymore. haha... KK is a nice place to visit and holiday. Correct or not ??

Second visit to Sacred Heart Cathedral

Today i went to Sacred Heart Cathedral again at sunset mass cause two reason. First reason is my friend ask me to go along with her and second reason is tomorrow morning mass is cancel due to Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa OFM is coming and giving a preaching of gospel at KDCA- Hongkod Koisan, Panampang. It's an life time chance to see an Italy priest come to KK to give preaching. This time i went there, i saw a familiar faces. That is Brother Felix. I meet him when i was serving the mass where Brother Andrian Kho become a priest. That is not the point i want to share with everyone here but the second reading of today's mass.

And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. No... it is god's love. God gave us everything including his only son ,Jesus Christ. Why God gave us everything ? Cause God love us. We should love God as God love us.

Sacred Heart Cathedral Kota Kinabalu

This is my 1st time going to that church. It gave me the feeling of going to St. Joseph Cathedral at Kuching, cause it the largest church in Kuching which Sacred Heart Cathedral Kota Kinabalu is the largest church in KK. I join english mass this time cause chinese mass is too early which i cannot manage to wake up that early. Thanks to my friend to show me the way to that church if not i also don't know how to go to that church.
Didn't realize they have a special partition for the deaf till the mass is started. The deaf also sing with sign language. Like this, deaf people of the lord can worship lord with all of us in the same time. Every word of the reading and Gospel is translate into sign language , even the singing is in sign language. For those who cannot hear or talk can join Sacred Heart Cathedral Kota Kinabalu for mass.

Bad Day or Bad luck??

It all started when on Friday night, i and my colleague work over time at Maxis TOC for additional E1 work order. Actually this job is not our job but we do it cause not one is doing this work at all. After finish this work order, it's 8.30pm already and it's raining too. Making me and my colleague lazy to go out and figuring place to have our late dinner. So we chill at Maxis TOC first until 9.30pm then we decided to go McDonald drive thru near ONE BORNEO's shell station, which it is the only one drive thru in Kota Kinabalu. Then we make our way to that McDonald. After reaching there we order two set of burger, which is McChicken and Spicy Chicken Mcdeluxe. After paying the burger we went to the take away counter for our late night dinner or supper. First, they hand me one plastic bag of Burger and Fried. Then i close up my window which i forgot we don't have any drink in the bag. Luckily we haven't drive away from there and open up my window again for the drink.
After taken the food and i drive my colleague to his hotel at KK town area. My colleague wanted to take his burger up to his hotel room when we reach his hotel room. Then notice something strange which we only saw one burger in that plastic bag. This is when i realize i miss out my burger. Then my friend gave me his fried since i don't have anything to eat. So i am not angry about didn't take my food at the drive thru cause it's maybe i am too rushing to go home so i miss out my burger. Was thinking about going back to take it but it is quite far from KK town area so drop this ideal and go home.
Then i drive home to enjoy my McDonald fried. When reaching home and went for shower. Something happen again, the whole apartment area don't have water supply. I want to shower but don't have water supply. Feel so piss out already, cause what a day.Then i call my housemate and ask him what happen, he also don't know why don't have water supply.He already know cause he reach home early that day and went out again. Piss again which he didn't told me about the water supply is cut. Then this is the only day that i sleep without shower.
Wake up another day's morning, thinking today would be a better day. I wake and went to my friend's hotel room for shower cause apartment still don't have it's water supply. Then i and my colleague hang out, he ask his girlfriend to join and i ask my schoolmate which i didn't meet for so long d. So we hang out, shopping , movie and dinner. Have wonderful time.
After all the fun, i have to go home in the end. When reaching home i realize that the apartment is full of water. Then i realize maybe someone forgot to close the tap when going out of this apartment since don't have water supply. So i call my housemate back to help out. So we clean up the whole apartment in One hour time. Tiring but it's necessary work to do.

Let's look at the bright side which this apartment haven't clean up for a long time d. Thanks to the water we clean it up in one hour. haha... What a day !!
It is bad day or just bad luck ??
